Dimensions
Components and skirting boards are made to order to match customers’ wishes – everything from slim, sanded edging profiles to broad, planed furniture components. Large and complex profiles are often made using a glued raw material that is then planed to create the profile required.
Formatting
Components and skirting boards are typically delivered planed, in falling lengths or cut, and final sanding is often superfluous thanks to our unique planing process. Round staves for spools and bannisters constitute a standard product, frequently delivered sanded.

The quality of the glue join determines the raw material chosen, and can vary from full-stave to finger-jointed in a variety of raw material qualities.
